2. Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and stock information.
Product images may be illustrative. Actual appearance, packaging, accessories, and condition may vary where disclosed in the product listing.
New and pre-owned products will be identified as accurately as possible. Pre-owned products may show signs of previous use, which should be described in the listing where known.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct genuine listing errors, subject to applicable law and any obligations arising from an order already placed.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website, generally Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order. We will not knowingly charge a price different from the applicable checkout price except as permitted by law.
Promotional prices and discount codes may be subject to stated conditions and expiry dates.

Store pickup is free where offered. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection and provide any necessary collection instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
6. Returns, refunds, and warranties
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty coverage are governed by our published Returns and Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
7. Repair services
Repair requests are subject to assessment, parts availability, and an agreed scope of work.
Where a quote is required, we will communicate the proposed work and charges and obtain your approval before proceeding. Any diagnostic fee or other charge will be disclosed before the relevant work is authorized.
